The Northern Mystics have promised not to rush Silver Fern Grace Nweke back into action in the ANZ Premiership

The Northern Mystics have promised not to rush Silver Fern Grace Nweke back into action in the ANZ Premiership

The star shooter is out for four to six weeks after straining the same patella tendon she partially tore at last year's Netball World Cup in South Africa.

It's one game at a time for the Wellington Phoenix men, as they fly to Melbourne to tackle the Victory in the A-League playoffs.

Nix coach Giancarlo Italiano says Sunday's semifinal first leg is all that matters right now... and they won't be getting ahead of themselves.

The other semi series starts tonight, with Sydney FC hosting the Central Coast Mariners.

Former Black Cap Colin Munro has retired from internationals, after being left out of a second Twenty-20 World Cup in a row.

Munro will continue to play franchise cricket around the world.
