    Ex-New Zealand international Jan Shirley and Canada's Kelly McKerihan have won the women's pairs national bowls title in Christchurch


    Shirley and McKerihan overcame Tannith Potgieter and Briar Atkinson, as well as steady rain to win the decider 15-13.

    McKerihan is thrilled.



    The men's singles final between Sheldon Bagrie-Howley and Aiden Takarua is underway.
