The Black Sticks Women will be practicing plenty of penalty shoot-outs this week

The Black Sticks Women will be practicing plenty of penalty shoot-outs this week

Their FIH Pro League weekend in Wellington was blighted by poor shootouts after two 1-all draws in regulation time against the US and China.

Coach Phil Burrows says it's always disappointing to lose matches in that manner.

The Black Sticks will have a chance to avenge their losses when they play the US and China in Wellington again this weekend.
