    The Blues are underway in their Super Rugby match against the Waratahs in Melbourne


    The match has just kicked off.

    Meanwhile, the Hurricanes have secured their eighth consecutive win of the Super Rugby season.

    A hatrick from Ben Lam has helped the side to a 28-19 victory over the Lions in Wellington.



    The Warriors are back to their winning ways after beating the Wests Tigers at Mount Smart Stadium.

    The home side put out a dominant display right from the first whistle, managing to extend their lead in the second half.

    Scott McLaughlin has produced another memorable drive at the Perth SuperSprint.to secure a third consecutive Supercars victory and extend his overall Championship lead.

    Fellow Kiwi Shane van Gisbergen has also finished on the podium in third, and moved his way up into second in the overall standings.

    Long-serving sports administrator Bill MacGowan has died.

    The former boss of the Warriors, New Zealand Football and New Zealand Golf has passed away aged 66.

    MacGowan's most recent role was as the chief executive of the Auckland Football Federation, which he departed last year.
