    Jo Aleh hopes she and Molly Meech are a match made in sailing heaven


    After spending the last five years coaching, 35-year-old Aleh is making a return to the sport, with the hopes of claiming a third Olympic medal at the Paris Games in 2024.

    She's switching from the 470 to the 49er FX, which is the women's skiff class used at the Olympics.



    Sekope Kepu wants to be seen as a mentor for his teammates when he leads Moana Pasifika during Super Rugby Pacific.

    The Wallabies centurion will captain the side in their first season and brings 110-test caps of experience into the camp.

    Moana Pasifika have their first pre-season outing against the Chiefs this evening at Mt Smart Stadium.



    Free-skier Nico Porteous leaves for China from Switzerland on February 9 in his bid to secure a medal at the Beijing Olympics.
