Recruitment is under way for the returning Youth America's Cup and for the first time - the Women's America's Cup - in 2024

Recruitment is under way for the returning Youth America's Cup and for the first time - the Women's America's Cup - in 2024

The youth event, featuring sailors aged between 18 and 25, was scheduled to take place in Auckland in 2021, but was cancelled due to Government restrictions around immigration.

Each regatta will have a five-strong team, who will sail on the AC40 boats.

Team New Zealand sailor Josh Junior, who is leading the recruitment drive, says a key set of skills is needed to join the crew.
