    Toyota's Kalle Rovanpera has clinched his second successive world rally championship


    He's finished runner-up in the inaugural Central European Rally, the penultimate round of the season.

    His second title looked inevitable after sole rival and teammate Elfyn Evans crashed out on the asphalt roads of Czech Republic, Austria and Germany.

    The final round is in Japan next month.
