Police remain committed to delivering justice for 18-year-old Ariki Rigby -- whose body was found in a burnt-out car near Havelock North last year

Detective Inspector Dave de Lange believes people in the community know what happened -- but are refusing to cooperate.

He says investigators are making slow and steady progress -- but it's hindered by those who won't speak.

He's urging people to come forward for the sake of Rigby's grieving whanau.
