Former Silver Fern Sam Winders has shed light into her experience of the pay disputes across the Tasman - after becoming one of only a handful of New Zealanders to sign a Super Netball contract

The midcourter will re-join former Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic coach Julia Fitzgerald at the Western Sydney Giants.
Super Netball contracting couldn't begin until the stand-off between Netball Australia and the Players' Association was resolved last week.
Winders says she felt a little removed from the situation in New Zealand.
