Greater Wellington Regional Council has voted to increase bus and train fares for commuters by 10 percent from July

Greater Wellington Regional Council has voted to increase bus and train fares for commuters by 10 percent from July

He says every council in the country is facing difficult decisions, and they need to cover their costs.
