    No messing around from Highlanders coach Clarke Dermody


    He's dropped captain Billy Harmon to the bench for this Friday's Super Rugby clash against the Waratahs in Sydney.

    Dermody says Harmon and fellow loose forward Sean Withy were late to a team meeting this week.



    Harmon's demotion means All Blacks prop Ethan de Groot has been handed the reins to lead the side.
