Pent up demand's looking likely to drive a resurgence in the country's hotel sales and development

Commercial realtor JLL's latest report shows there's already 250-million dollars in the sales pipeline this year.
That's almost double the 138-million dollars in transactions last year.
Hotels director Nick Thompson says the rise comes off the back of increased inquiry from international buyers.
He was up in Singapore last week and they're looking down this way as a potential place to put money in a nice, safe location.
