    The Southern Steel's winless streak in the ANZ Netball Premiership has stretched to 21


    Ahead at the first two quarter breaks, the Steel buckled to lose to the Pulse 54 - 46 in Wellington.

    The Pulse are top of the table with three wins from as many matches.
