A 60-minute performance is the aim of the Southern Steel against the Northern Stars in this afternoon's ANZ Premiership netball clash in Invercargill

Both teams have started the season with three losses in as many games - but the Steel's winless run now stretches to a staggering 21 games.

Steel skipper Kate Heffernan, however, is adamant they can repay their long-suffering fans IF they be consistent throughout the contest.

The first centre pass is after 4pm.
