Environment Canterbury is the latest organisation to be hit by industrial action

PSA members at ECan will walk off the job at midday.
Union organisers say there are fundamental disagreements over the current salary system - with nearly three quarters of their members being paid less than the standard rates for their positions.
PSA's Angela Collier says staff are also experiencing slippage - with stalled wages failing to keep up with the market.
She says they have other concerns too - including ECan not meeting its obligations to staff under the Treaty of Waitangi.
