Auckland Council and Watercare are acknowledging the significant impact of construction off Queen Street

Auckland Council and Watercare are acknowledging the significant impact of construction off Queen Street

The Victoria and Wellesley street intersections are peppered with roadworks, for such thing as wastewater upgrades and work on the City Rail Link.

The council say Auckland Transport will continue to review and revise the construction programme, for ways to further reduce the impact on businesses.

Watercare says sites are contained within hoardings to minimise noise and dust and keep pedestrians and motorists safe.

Both projects should be completed in 2026.
