The Court of Appeal's upheld a High Court ruling covid face covering orders were lawful

The appellant brought judicial review proceedings challenging two orders, made under the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act.
It was dismissed in the High Court and the appellant ordered to pay costs of over 117-thousand dollars to the respondents.
A substantive appeal was also dismissed.
An appeal against the High Court's costs decision was allowed, reducing the payments to over 29-thousand dollars.
