Jeet Raval's content with his form as he eyes the international season

The Auckland opener made a century in the rain-affected Plunket Shield opener against Wellington, and has had winter spells in India and England.

Raval appreciated time at the crease as much as anything.



Raval will represent New Zealand A in their four-day matches against Pakistan A this month in the UAE, before taking part in the test series with Pakistan.

He's part of the Auckland XI in their Plunket Shield match against Central Districts at Eden Park Outer Oval - the visitors are 73 for one after getting sent in.

Hosts Wellington are 48 for two after Otago asked them to bat.

Rain has prevented any play between Canterbury and Northern Districts in Christchurch.
