Anyone caught spreading the name of Grace Millane's alleged killer could be hit with jail time

The 26-year-old man who appeared in court yesterday charged with murdering the British backpacker, has interim name suppression.
Enough people have named him online, that police yesterday put out a reminder that it's an offence.
The Law Society's Steve Bonnar QC says anyone doing so is taking a big risk, as contempt of court can carry a punishment of imprisonment.
