The family of a hit-and-run victim is finding some solace in the possible appeal of their sons killer's sentence

Crown Law has been asked to consider an appeal over the home detention imposed on a 19-year old who killed a 15-year-old in a hit-and-run.
Nathan Kraatskow was killed when learner driver Rouxle Le Roux hit him in May.
His mum - has been calling for a tougher sentence.
Charlene Kraatskow says the appeal won't bring her son back it could give them some comfort.
She says it's helped with the grieving process because now they have a purpose - they're fighting for justice for him.
