    Katrina Rore has spiced up her training regime in a bid to give her the best chance of being on the plane for July's netball world cup in Liverpool


    The former Silver Ferns captain washeavily involved in the Central Pulse's ANZ Premiership pre-season, after being dropped for the recent Northern Quad Series in England.

    Rore says she's also taken part in some athletics sessions on the track, to test her legs in a different way.
