Another vehicle inspector has been suspended by the NZTA from issuing warrants of fitness

Another vehicle inspector has been suspended by the NZTA from issuing warrants of fitness

Over 15-hundred vehicles owners whose warrants were issued by Glenfield inspecting organisation World Motors and its vehicle inspector Sun-Jin Kim are being encouraged to have them rechecked.

During a recent site visit by NZTA, an unauthorised staff member was observed carrying out inspections.

Subsequently, Kim admitted to not using the required equipment to test brakes and lights.

He also failed to correctly inspect seat belts.
