Benjamin Swann has been on trial in the High Court at Auckland for the past two weeks, accused of 11 charges of doing an indecent act.
Justice Ailsa Duffy discharged the jury this afternoon as they again couldn't reach verdicts, after three days of deliberations.
Swann was remanded on bail and will appear in court again next month as the Crown decides whether to seek a retrial.
