New Zealand take on the USA in the FIH Pro League today, having not played since ANZAC Day.
Captain Stacey Michelsen says the extended window has given them plenty of time to work on their game as a group.
She says it's been great for them to have consecutive weeks in a row to train.
The match gets underway from Pennsylvania at 11am.
