An uber driver has been found guilty of of operating a vehicle carelessly causing death

Daljinder Singh says he did not see young dad, Daniel Kopa, crossing a central Auckland road until too late.

But Judge Peter Butler says a reasonable and prudent driver would have had time to see him.

The judge has found the charge proved, but hasn't yet entered a conviction

Singh has been remanded at large until sentencing next month.
