Stomach sleepers could face a range of health concerns

New research, from mattress retailer Ecosa, reveals around half of adult Kiwis sleep on their side... with only 8 percent sleeping on their stomachs.
Ecosa CEO Ringo Chan says it can be very bad for your health.
He says it's the hardest position to breathe, and it also has the worst blood circulation so can result in neck and muscle pain.
Chan says research also suggests sleeping on your stomach can lead to premature facial wrinkles.
