One boy suffered multiple fractures, including two to his skull and a girl has needed ongoing surgery to her face since the accident in 2016.
Worksafe took out a prosecution against Discoveries Educare in Newmarket for failing to ensure health and safety of other persons, and ordered it to pay reparation to the families.
A mother has told the court her daughter had a serious cut to her face that needed surgery, and she now draws herself with a scar.
The landlord, Heng Tong Investment, has been ordered to pay 122 thousand dollars in fines, costs and emotional harm.
