The name and image of British backpacker Grace Millane's accused murderer showed up as a top result in some searches yesterday.
The continued breaches could compromise a fair trial.
Sky News revealed the breach to Justice Minister Andrew Little... who says it's up to law enforcement officials to decide whether to prosecute the web giant.
And he says Google's global executives have been far more willing to work on the issue than the company's local arm.
Google has removed the top result after it was alerted to it... however other search results continue to breach suppression orders.
