Javier Ortega-Desio is in at number eight in place of Tomas Lezana.
There's no room for first-five Nicolas Sanchez, who was dropped to the bench for the win over Tonga.
Benjamin Urdapilleta will again wear the 10 jersey.
Meanwhile, England have named a full strength side.
Lock George Kruis starts alongside Maro Itoje with Courtney Lawes on the bench, in the only change to the XV who played against Tonga.
