There are seven changes and a positional switch in the starting 15 from the side that lost the semi final to England.
Captain Kieran Read, second five Sonny Bill Williams, centre Ryan Crotty and wing Ben Smith have all been named to start.
Read will be playing his 127th test, will lead the All Blacks for the 52nd time.
Dane Coles comes in at hooker with Scott Barrett shifting to lock to accommodate Shannon Frizzell on the blindside flank with Sam Cane back at openside.
Rieko Ioane starts on the left wing.
