The National Party says the upgraded China-New Zealand free trade agreement is disappointing

The new deal was announced in Thailand this week, on the sidelines of the East Asia Summit.
It includes tariffs being eliminated over 10 years on 12 extra wood and paper products, worth 36 million dollars in trade to China.
National Party MP Mark Mitchell says that's a drop in the ocean.
He says in an economy that big, when exporting is so important for New Zealand, he'd expect a much bigger gain.
