Wages are up - but so are the number of people out of work

The unemployment rate's risen to 4.2 per cent, up from its 11-year low of 3.9 in the last quarter.
The rise is largely in line with expectations.
Wage growth is the strongest in more than a decade - increasing 2.4 percent for the year to September.
Some of that's due to a boost from Government policy and state sector pay settlements.
