Police say the sentencing of two men in the High Court in Napier has given Alex Latimer's family a sense of justice

Two men have been given life imprisonment for the murder of 30-year-old Latimer, in September last year in the Hawke's Bay's Te Haroto.
David Lothian and James Webby admitted to beating and stabbing him multiple times.
Detective Sergeant Darren Pritchard says the needless tragedy will forever leave a void in Latimer's family.
He says Police are happy with the sentencing.
