Kiwi track cyclist Ellesse Andrews is content with her decision to switch programs

Kiwi track cyclist Ellesse Andrews is content with her decision to switch programs

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The 19-year-old swapped from the endurance to the sprint team eight months ago, and will compete in her first UCI World Cup meeting as a sprinter this weekend in Hong Kong.

Andrews says she's absolutely loving what she's doing at the moment.

Trust is the focus for the Auckland Tuatara as they gear up for their second series of the new Australian Baseball League season.

The Tuatara take on the Melbourne Aces away from home, coming off a series against the Perth Heat where they managed just one win in four games.

Pitcher Kyle Glogoski says they've been honing in on what went wrong last week.

The signs are good that Kiwi skier Alice Robinson will lineup in this weekend's second World Cup Giant Slalom of the season in Vermont.

The 17-year-old will decide on the eve of Sunday morning's race whether to compete, after recovering quicker than expected from a knee injury.

Fellow kiwi Piera Hudson, who's also competing, says Robinson's looking in good shape.
