    Omnium world champion Campbell Stewart's claimed the second stage of the New Zealand Cycle Classic in Masterton


    Stewart, racing in the colours of the New Zealand national team, claimed the 121km stage in a photo finish from compatriot Nick Kergozou and Aussie Jensen Plowright.

    Plowright has taken the leader's yellow jersey after earning a time bonus which pushes him ahead of Aaron Gate.
