    Four children have been killed, and three others injured after they were struck by a car while riding their bikes in Sydney


    The group were riding their bikes to get ice-cream when a four wheel drive ploughed into them on a residential road in Oatlands.

    It's understood three of the children killed were siblings, and the fourth was a family friend.

    The 29-year-old driver was arrested at the scene after police say he tested positive for alcohol.
