Twenty-two fire appliances are still battling a large blaze at a Rotorua car wreckers

Fire and Emergency were called to Wikaraka Street, in Ngongotaha, just after 7.10pm.
A spokesperson says it's uncontained and locals are being asked to avoid the area.
Residents living downwind from the fire and being recommended to stay inside with their windows closed.
