    Some extra time on the Port Hills has Olivia Podmore primed for the track cycling world championships in Germany


    Podmore's part of the women's sprint team alongside Natasha Hansen and Ellesese Andrews, who will need to improve on their current ranking of ninth if they're to secure a spot at the Tokyo Olympics.

    Podmore says a few extra road rides in Christchurch has hopefully given her an extra edge.



    The world champs start on the 26th.
