The Opposition Leader says New Zealanders will still want the Government held to account in the midst of a pandemic

The Opposition Leader says New Zealanders will still want the Government held to account in the midst of a pandemic

Parliament is expected to adjourn today, until April 28

In the meantime, a bipartisan select committee led by National Leader Simon Bridges will continue to scrutinise the Government response to Covid-19

Bridges says says he intends to use the committee to ask questions of the Health Minister, Finance Minister, Banks and Director General of Health

He expects the work subsidy package offered to those affected by Covid-19 will be a focus
