Crusaders chief executive Colin Mansbridge concedes there will be little financial benefit from the 10-week closed-door competition.

However, he says it does allow them to create goodwill among their battling backers.



Mansbridge expects next year's sponsor stable to look similar, despite the financial challenges ahead.
