Australian Rugby League Commission Chairman Peter V'Landys appears set to leave a further imprint on the game

The man credited with getting the game back on the park ahead of any other sport in Australasia, made two rule changes in the process.
Now the Sydney Morning Herald is reporting that V'Landys' suggestion for fan feedback as to how to make the game better is yielding results.
Suggestions set to be tabled in the off season include a reduction in the interchange, limiting the use of the video referee to just captain's challenges, and a change which could see teams who have just scored be the side to restart play.
