The return of an acclaimed train route is expected to be a big boost for the West Coast

The TranzAlpine scenic rail service - which runs between Christchurch and Greymouth - will set off today for the first time since its Covid-19 closure.
Greymouth Mayor Tania Gibson has heard it's booked up for the school holidays - which is a very good sign.
She says hopefully it brings in lots of tourists to help support local businesses.
