New data shows the country's housing shortage is finally easing

ASB figures reveal more than 20-thousand homes were on the market last month, the highest number since October 2019.
The Bank reports housing inventory fell to an "extraordinary" low last year.
Senior Economist Mike Jones says supply has risen faster than demand post-lockdown.
But he says the likely deterioration of the labour market still leaves us with only a modest fall in house prices.
