    An 18 year old man has been arrested in relation to a fire that destroyed an iconic rugby grandstand in northern Wairarapa


    Crews were called to the blaze yesterday, which had engulfed the century-old grandstand at Mangatainoka.

    The young man has been charged with arson, and will appear in Palmerston North District Court today.
