Zealandia expects the valley will be bursting with baby birds this summer

Breeding season has begun, with titipounamu fledglings already spotted at the Wellington eco-sanctuary.
Nature director Danielle Shanahan says there are some fabulous species you wouldn't normally see in the bush.
She says hihi, or stitchbirds, will be gearing up soon, and as an endangered species it's a great one to see.
