The NBA has introduced a stricter policy around mask wearing, with players now required to wear coverings in the bench area until they enter games

The league sent a memo out to teams today, with new rules taking effect tomorrow.

Among them include players who are participating in games, and players and coaches who are outside of their team environment and around other players and coaches must wear masks.

The memo was released on the same day superstar forward Kevin Durant was told to self-isolate for seven days, in accordance with the league's health and safety protocols.
