A quarter of New Zealanders have poor levels of mental and emotional wellbeing

That's according to a recent study commissioned by the Mental Health Foundation.
It was administered at the end of 2020, using the World Health Organisation's wellbeing index.
Foundation chief executive Shaun Robinson says the number is alarmingly high.
He says it's appalling and is a wake-up call to the Government to fulfill its promises around mental health and wellbeing.
