The company's made a 14.2-million dollar profit after tax in 2020 and enjoyed three per cent growth.
During lockdown, more than twice as many Kiwis tuned into Newstalk ZB and NZ Herald online.
But, at the same time -- cash flow from advertising dropped almost 50 per cent across every platform.
Chief Executive Michael Boggs says there's been extreme demand for product - but lower revenue.
He says teams worked extremely hard to engage audiences - and while revenue dropped 11 per cent this year, they stilled returned a solid result.
