The Official Cash Rate is expected to stay put for the immediate future

The Reserve Bank's kept the OCR unchanged at 0.25 per cent.
It says New Zealand's economy has picked up, but Covid-19 means the environment's still highly uncertain.
ASB chief economist Nick Tuffley says they're forecasting the cash rate to lift in about 18 months.
He says there's a lot of water to go under the bridge until then, and they'll want to see the borders open again and inflation rates back to a normal level.
