The Silver Ferns are Constellation Cup champions after coming from behind to defeat the Australian Diamonds 45-43 in the finale in Christchurch

The Silver Ferns are Constellation Cup champions after coming from behind to defeat the Australian Diamonds 45-43 in the finale in Christchurch

Trailing 22-17 at halftime, New Zealand flipped the script in the third, outscoring the visitors 13 to 6 to open the quarter.

Midcourter Gina Crampton says that was thanks to a stern talk with coach Dame Noeline Taurua at the break.

It's the first time the Ferns have won the cup since 2012.
